During my 2024 trip, I traveled from Prague to Vienna, Austria, by FlixBus, and this visit was especially memorable as I was fasting that day. Upon arriving in Vienna, I met Mahabub Vai, a faculty member at NUST (Bangladesh) and currently a PhD student at Corvinus University in Hungary. He was in the city for passport-related work at the Bangladesh Diplomatic Office.
Mahabub Vai had already visited Vienna before, so he kindly guided me through the city’s highlights. His familiarity with the places made it much easier and more enjoyable to explore. We spent a meaningful day walking through Vienna’s charming streets, appreciating its rich architecture and serene atmosphere — all while I continued fasting. His company, support, and brotherly warmth turned the day into a delightful and memorable experience.
Later, we returned together to Budapest, once again by FlixBus, wrapping up a thoughtful and peaceful day in one of Europe’s most elegant cities.
