In 2024, I had one of the most unplanned trips of my life — a visit to Prague, the beautiful capital of the Czech Republic. What made this trip especially memorable was the suddenness with which it unfolded.
Sagar, a younger brother who graduated and is employed in Prague and also plays cricket for the Czech national team, came to visit me in Hungary. He arrived with a few of his friends, and without any prior plans, they decided to drive to Prague with me. I was caught by surprise when they took me along in their personal cars for this spontaneous adventure.
The journey was full of surprises, and we enjoyed every moment of it. The nights in Prague were magical, and the city’s charming streets offered a mix of history and modernity that made exploring so enjoyable. The food was incredible, and I was treated to some delicious local dishes, all thanks to the hospitality of Sagar and Uzzal Vai. Their kindness and generosity made the experience even more special, and I felt like I was surrounded by family in a city far from home.
This trip may have been unplanned, but sometimes those are the best kind — filled with unexpected joys and wonderful people.
